Drum-roll please…we are delighted to announce the winners of The Barnies.
As we mark 30 years of ICG, The Barnies is our new staff awards celebration.
It’s all about paying tribute to the quirks and personalities that make our team truly unique.
Why the name?…. Our studio is a converted barn which, if you look closely, features a barn owl figure tucked away just below the roof (think Harry Potter and the owlery).
Along with their certificates, our winners also received a golden feather pin for Macmillan Cancer Support.
From the Best Baker to the Pun-tastic Award, each award brought its fair share of fun and recognition of the talents we see every day—but rarely get a chance to commemorate!
