It may look like a picture from a film set but this was team ICG on our annual conference!
Every year we jet off for the weekend to get that ‘away day’ feeling and generate some much-needed team spirit in the dark days of January.
This year’s destination was Alicante – and catching some winter sunshine was a blessing we all soaked up, quite literally!
We enjoyed ourselves – on the beach, by the pool and in the bar but the weekend was also a great chance to spend time together without the distractions of work and home.
Team building in Alicante – we would definitely recommend it!
