ICG has been working closely with the team at Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE) to create a new website to engage with engineers working on mission critical applications around the world.
PPE designs, develops and manufactures high performance molded rubber seals, rubber gaskets and elastomer components, supporting multiple sectors from energy and chemical processing to defence and pharmaceutical.
A key function of the new website was ease of use and customer support.
It was essential that engineers could find what they needed quickly and easily from a vast selection of products, and that they were reassured about the company’s responsiveness, sustainability and innovation.
PPE also wanted to help customers select the most suitable sealing materials, O-rings, gaskets and PPE material grades for their applications.
A dedicated tools and resources section was created providing guidance on dimensions, chemical resistance and cost-saving options. Products and resources were linked to relevant sectors.
The website also needed to generate leads from potential customers worldwide.
Call to action prompts and dedicated sales contacts based on location and industry were embedded into the site to ensure users knew how to take the next steps on their journey with PPE.
